Great Oaks Hospice in partnership with
Macmillan Cancer Support
is pleased to
announce a new Outreach Service to support people in their own homes.
This service
also links to other Local Service
providers for support to
those with cancer or
other life limiting conditions.
Outreach Coordinators visit the Lydney
Hospice Shop on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 1 - 2.30pm.
Please feel free to drop in for a chat or
alternately you can
telephone 811910 to speak to a Coordinator. |
