A serious vehicle fire disrupted Yorkley on
Wednesday 16th July at just after 3pm, destroying a pickup truck and it's
load. Traffic was forced to divert around the village as fire took hold.
A house adjacent to the burning vehicle was
fortunate to escape damage as the wind kept the flames away. There were no
casualties.
