Once more Yorkley village life has been severely disrupted
by snow. |
|
|
The school, no doubt to the delight of the pupils, was
closed for several days, deliveries of essential supplies and postal
services were disrupted. |
|
|
|
|
|
Our doctors & staff at
the Health Centre did a marvellous job making surgeries available. The
ambulance service attending emergency call outs at all hours of the day and
night, no matter how severe the conditions. |
|
|
|
|
|
Our brave milkmen,
Francis James & his sister Jane, kept deliveries to our doorsteps flowing
throughout, making full use of a more suitable vehicle for the conditions
than their usual transport.
